Acceptable Use Policy for embolt Platform: The following Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the acceptable and unacceptable use of embolt's services. By using embolt, you agree to abide by this AUP. Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account. Prohibited Activities & Organizations: The following activities are strictly prohibited on the embolt platform: a. Illegal Activities: Any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or that promotes illegal activity, including but not limited to, money laundering, terrorism, or the sale of illegal drugs. b. Intellectual Property Infringement: Any activity or organization which infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including but not limited to, copyright, trademark, patent, or trade secret infringement. c. Spamming and Phishing: Any activity that involves the use of an organization's member registrations to send unsolicited messages or phishing attempts to those members. d. Harassment and Threats: Organizations endorsing harassment, threats, or intimidation of others, including but not limited to, cyberbullying, hate speech, and threats of violence. e. Unauthorized Access: Any activity that involves unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data, including but not limited to, hacking, cracking, and the use of unauthorized software. f. Disruptive Activity: Any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the embolt platform, including but not limited to, denial of service attacks, flooding, and other forms of network abuse. Responsibility for Content: Organizations using embolt are solely responsible for the content they post on the platform. embolt does not monitor or control the content posted by its users. embolt reserves the right to remove any content that violates this AUP or is otherwise objectionable. Compliance with Laws: Organizations using embolt must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. This includes, but is not limited to, compliance with payment card industry (PCI) standards and anti-money laundering regulations. Reporting Violations: If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you must immediately report it to embolt by emailing support@embolt.com. embolt will investigate all reports of violations and take appropriate action. Consequences of Violations: Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of your account. In addition, embolt may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and other third parties to investigate and prosecute violations of this AUP to the fullest extent of the law. Changes to the AUP: embolt reserves the right to change this AUP at any time without notice. The most current version of the AUP will always be available on the embolt website. By using the embolt platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the embolt platform.
