Terms of Service for embolt

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the embolt platform.
These Terms govern your access to and use of the platform provided by embolt ("we," "us,"
or "our"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If
you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the platform.

Use of the platform
-------------------------
(a) Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your
jurisdiction to use the platform. By accessing or using the platform, you represent and
warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

(b) User Accounts: To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to
create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality
of your account credentials and for any activities that occur under your account.

(c) Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use the platform for any illegal,
unauthorized, or prohibited purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, the following
activities:
  
  - Impersonating or misleading users to seek registrations or personal
    information.

  - Usage of the platform for personal financial gain through misleading users

  - Uploading or sharing any content that violates applicable laws or infringes
    upon the intellectual property rights of others.

  - Engaging in any activity that disrupts,
    interferes with, or harms the functioning of the platform or its users.

  - Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform, its servers, or
    any associated systems or networks.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

(a) Content Ownership: You retain all moral rights and ownership of any content you
upload, submit, or display on the platform. By uploading or sharing content, you grant us
a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt,
publish, translate, distribute, and display such content for the purpose of operating and
improving the platform.

Limitation of Liability
-------------------------
(a) The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties
or representations, whether express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy,
completeness, or availability of the platform.

(b) To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your
use of the platform, including but not limited to any loss of data, loss of profits, or
loss of business opportunities.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the
platform at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Termination
may result from a violation of these Terms or any applicable laws, regulations, or
policies.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
