What does "Rich Text" mean?
When adding notes to members, we allow you to use structured markup so you can format the notes just like you'd format a word file or google docs file. You can bold, italicize, list, link, and so on all within the member notes.
What happens if my member registers under a different email?
We're planning on supporting a member-merge tool soon, but embolt treats each unique email as a unique member so your member will want to use their most up to date email when registering for your club.
Can I change my member's contact information?
You cannot, embolt is a platform which means members share one profile across any clubs they participate in. If a member needs to update their contact information they will need to do so themselves - this also means you can count on a member's profile being accurate.
